Location: 800 Corporate Drive, Fort Lauderdale, FL
Duration: 2–3 months (with potential for weekend work)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, staggered shifts between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM; will be 8 hour shifts; 40 Hours a week
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Overview:
We are seeking two energetic and customer-focused Call Center Representatives to support inbound calls from schools and corporate clients. This is a short-term contract role with an immediate start, ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls related to password resets and SmartBoard support
- Follow a provided script to guide conversations
- Log and manage tickets using FreshService or similar ticketing systems
- Escalate technical issues as needed (no troubleshooting required)
Qualifications:
- Previous call center or customer service experience required
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Comfortable using computers and basic software tools
- Technical experience with service desk issues and being able to diagnose/triage the calls
- Energetic, professional, and reliable demeanor
