Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all painting operations on commercial job sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate and schedule labor, materials, and equipment needed for each project.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the highest level of quality and safety is maintained.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and project managers.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise on job sites.
- Track project progress, report on milestones, and address any deviations from schedule or budget.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in the commercial painting industry (7+ years preferred).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and manage a team.
- In-depth knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to challenges on the fly.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines with efficiency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- OSHA certification and other relevant safety training is a plus.
