Corporate Associate-Banking & Finance
Manhattan law firm with a sophisticated corporate and real estate finance practice with top financial institutions is looking to add a banking and finance associate to their transactional group. The right individual has 2-5+ years law firm experience drafting and reviewing loan documents, including credit agreements and collateral documents, in a highly structured middle market, asset-based lending, acquisition, and real estate finance transactions. Representation of banks as an administrative agent is a plus. Salary in the $160K-$200K range; hybrid 4/1 (Friday’s remote). Please send resume for immediate consideration.
