Servicing a broad array of clients including technology start-ups, emerging growth companies and public firms. The position will provide a varied work experience, with a focus on incorporating high tech companies, perform records management, administer, and implement stock option plans, handle venture capital financing, and conduct blue sky research. Position will oversee intricate shareholder mailings with assistance of other legal analysts.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate integrity, solid attention to detail, superior communication skills and exceptional organizational ability. Candidates should have experience supporting IPO from start to finish, be experienced and diligent in maintaining all corporate governance documents including minute books and closing binders for complex transactions. Experience with stock options, stock splits and cap table management software (e.g., eProsper, Carta, etc.) is essential.
