Job Description

A cutting-edge aerospace company is hiring an Electrical Technician with experience in harness assembly to support the production and integration of complex electrical systems for high-altitude platforms. This is a hands-on, precision-focused role within a fast-paced R&D environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Fabricate and install electrical harnesses, including routing, crimping, soldering, and termination to aerospace standards
• Assemble and integrate components like connectors, circuit boards, and avionics systems
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings
• Conduct continuity tests and troubleshooting procedures to verify harness integrity
• Adhere to strict quality control standards and aerospace compliance requirements
• Collaborate closely with engineers and technicians across teams

What We’re Looking For:

Must Have:

• 3+ years’ experience in electrical harness assembly or wiring
• Proficiency with crimping, soldering, and working with aerospace/automotive-grade connectors
• Ability to interpret engineering documentation and wiring diagrams
• Familiarity with proper cable routing and strain relief
• Skilled in tools like wire strippers, heat guns, and torque wrenches
• High attention to detail and comfort working in a dynamic environment

Nice to Have:

• Aerospace, aviation, or high-tech manufacturing background
• IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification (preferred)
• Experience using multimeters, continuity testers, and similar electrical testing equipment
• Comfort operating in an R&D or prototyping setting
