Duties

• Supervise nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal patient care.
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in line with best practices.
• Conduct regular assessments of patient care quality and implement improvements as necessary.
• Manage patient care activities, ensuring compliance with infection control protocols.
• Oversee utilization management processes to optimize resource allocation.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans for patients, particularly in hospital settings.
• Address any concerns or issues raised by patients or their families regarding care.
